Assists clients in identifying, qualifying, and pursuing federal contracts, with emphasis on small business programs (SBSA, 8(a), WOSB/EDWOSB, VOSB/SDVOSB, HUBZone);

Provides tailored research, analysis, and insights regarding contracts, companies, and federal agencies in order to define/refine a client’s most probable opportunity universe;

Advises clients on contractual, procedural, and regulatory matters, especially as they pertain to small businesses and various socio-economic programs;

Reviews client proposals, official correspondence, or other written materials and makes recommendations for improvement prior to submission or release.
